About Tilly

We are needing to rehome our German shepherd. She is a very loving dog and great to have around, but we had an incident with our infant recently - she wasn't hurt, but we feel that it would be best to rehome her after that. A few details on the dog below as well as some pictures of her: Her name is Tilly, she is 7 years old she is Female She is fixed and up to date on her vaccinations We have another German Shepherd and she gets along with her fine, but we've had problems in the past with her reaction to other dogs antagonizing her and her reaction to that, so I would suggest a home that doesn't have any other dogs. She loves people - she is the most loving dog towards me and my wife i've ever had. We need to rehome her because she can be particular/she has a bubble and we have a 10 month old child and frankly children don't know boundaries for animals and we aren't fully confident that something wouldn't happen. She loves our child, but the other day we had her growl at our kid when she tried to crawl over to the dog and from what my wife told me the dog snapped at her when she got close. She didn't actually bite her, but once our child is walking and with plans to have more children we think it best to find another home for our dog.
