About Bandit

�%9D%A4��%8FBandit Available For Adoption�%9D%A4��%8F Meet Bandit! He's a 6.5 year old, 23 lb cocker spaniel. He's a little bit Velcro dog (when he warms up to you) and a little bit independent pup, but 100% good boy. He has the doggy door down and loves to use it for squirrel and frog hunting. He's making strides with potty training, but still has accidents on occasion. (And working diligently at perfecting this!) Bandit is super energetic and treat motivated. He has 'sit', 'leave it', and 'nicely' down, and is working on other commands. He does great on a leash! Bandit also does great on car rides, excited at first, but settles pretty quickly. He has 4 foster siblings and gets along with all of them. He has been cat tested twice and does pretty well. (Important to note that these particular cats don't run, though.) Bandit prefers to sleep in the big bed at night and usually likes his space, but has become a little more cuddly with time. He does pretty well in a crate, but is free roaming when foster mom and dad are at work. If you are out of the state of Florida, you would need to travel to Florida to complete your adoption. Please note that we do check vet references, and your current pets must be up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing, and be able to provide proof of purchase of heartworm prevention. All dogs and cats in your home must be spayed or neutered. We will not set up a meet and greet until your application has been received, reviewed, and approved.�%A0 Adoptions are not done on a first come, first served basis.
