Reason for Euthanasia: Behavioral decline in the shelter without obvious safety concerns. Oso is demonstrating stress-related behaviors, and we are unable to provide him with the necessary resources. Keeping him in the shelter is becoming inhumane. Therefore, Oso urgently needs to be adopted, fostered, or rescued by the end of the day on 8/26/2025. Available for adoption, foster, or rescue with behavior disclosure-displaying FAS (Fear, Anxiety, Stress) in his kennel, spinning, and jumping from wall to wall.
