About GRIZZLY

Grizzly is located in a high kill shelter in Castaic, California. Such a sad awful situation that this gorgeous boy & his 2 other siblings had to endure by literally being left behind by their owners when they moved!!!! Transportation information is available. Grizzly, A5718926, Orca, #A5718703, & Moose, #A5718704, were brought to Los Angeles County Department of Animal Care after their humans abandoned them at a property in Acton when the humans moved!!!! Once again Grizzly, #A5718926, wouldn't walk on leash and had to be carried to the yard. Although the leash was left on, Grizzly was not restrained. But he stayed close and allowed brushing and pets. Grizzly would probably thrive with a confident dog who will help him learn that there are good humans in this world. The behavior team found Grizzly to have medium energy, say he is ok with calm dogs but they are requiring an adult home due to Grizzly being shy. Grizzly is listed as a 3 year old, 38 pound.
