About Blue

Blue is a purebred 7 year old blue tick coonhound. She is so sweet and loving to all who meet her. She doesn't mind most dogs. She will generally act uninterested in them at first. She gets along great with cats and horses. She does not do well with any type of reptile, rodent or poultry/birds. Does well with older kids. If you have younger kids she will not do well with pulling ears and climbing all over her. She is old and deserves respect. She is a hunting dog so please take that in mind. She is loud when she is on a sent. The reason for rehoming is we have a very dominant female live stock guardian and she attacks Blue. Not all the time and the attacks are few and far between but she is too old to have to be dealing with that. It's unfair to her. We keep them separated but accidents occasionally do happen. Please consider this sweet baby as your next family addition.
