About Tootsie. ADOPTED

Hi everyone! My name is Tootsie, I'm a 4 month old Bassett Hound mix and I'm currently taking applications for my forever home. I weigh in at a dainty 13 pounds. I had a rough start in life down in Texas but I love being in Wisconsin. I've got lots of puppy energy and love playing with toys and chasing my foster sister around the yard. I'm up to date on all vaccines including rabies and bordatella, and I've already had my spay surgery. I'm also microchipped! My foster mom has started me on bell training so potty training is well underway and is going great. We also go for lots of walks on the leash. I'm happy to go in my crate at night and sleep through the night without a peep. I'm pretty much happy all the time and up for anything! I'm currently being fostered in Hartford.
