Charlie is a sweet boy from Baja Mexico. He's about 11 months old and just loves to play with other dogs. He's shy but once he knows you he will be your best mate. He's very smart and is learning so much so fast. He will require an experienced adopter who understands the time and dedication it takes to raise a rescue puppy. Somebody familiar with the 3-3-3 rule for dogs. He's already potty trained and knows and responds to all sorts of basic commands. He's already got great recall and is very food motivated.
