About Margaret

Margaret (Marge) is 11 years old and has had the same owner her whole life. She is affectionate for her owner, but does not like other people or animals, usually hissing at or scratching them. She is in perfect health and has always been an inside cat. Owner is getting married and her fiancee has a service dog that despite repeated attempts, Marge still tries to scratch. The service dog is now afraid to enter the owners apartment, thus, when the owner moves to her fiancees home, Marge will not be able to move in as the they have decided to give priority to the service dog, and not cause more issues in the service dogs safe space. Owner desperately wants to find a good home for Marge, and recommends an experienced cat owner, possibly a one person home, so that Marge could attach to the new owner.
