About Dune

Dune will be 5 years old September 26th, 2025. He has been my companion since he was 6 weeks old. He has very high energy and is an extremely playful dog. He knows tons of tricks and can keep up all day whatever activity he is presented with. He is use to running 10+ miles and runs great next to a mountain bike. He loves the river and swimming. I thought that he would be my best friend for life but after biting a child after being startled I can no longer have him in my home. He is reactive and takes some time to get used to new people or dogs. He is very good with cats and other animals. Dune was most likely abused by my old partner and has some behavioral issues. I am desperate to rehome him as soon as possible. I am a wildland firefighter and I am gone for most of the summer. He is a good dog. Thank you for reading.
