I love outdoor activities like hiking, walking, and camping, and I'll be your loyal sidekick around the campfire, always ready to relax and enjoy the simple things in life. Whether we're out exploring nature or just chilling at home, I'm your perfect buddy. I get along great with people and dogs but I might take a little time to warm up to new faces, but once I do, I'll show you a love as big as the mountains I hike. I'm told I can be mouthy but that's likely due to my insecure puppyness and not so great past and I will grow out of it once I feel safe. I would greatly benefit from a basic manners class. His shelter paperwork say he's 3 y/o, but we think he's closer to 1 y/o. He's 27# neutered Corgi/Dachshund mix maybe with a tinge of terrier who's utd on vaccs, chipped, and HW-. DJ is potty trained and crate trained but will likely need a refresher course in his new home with a new routine. DJ would benefit from another friendly dog in the home. He loves to play. He may chase cats and a respectful child 10+ may be considered.
