Penny was found abandoned on the street skinny and pregnant . She was taken in to the shelter and found a temporary foster home.she has since been brought back to the shelter( at no fault of her own) and her babys have gotten homes. She is sweet but shy at first . She is learning to play with toys and working on commands .
