* Very playful and loves toys and treats - especially cheese, his favorite * Enjoys sitting by the window and watching the world go by * Loves going to the park at night when it's quieter and less crowded * Potty trained to go outside and use wee-wee pads when home * Best suited for an adult-only home with no other Behavior Needs: Pluto has some behavioral challenges I have not been able to resolve despite training efforts: * Resource guarding around home made food * Aggressive when asked to get down from furniture/ bed * Separation anxiety - when left alone, he will urinate on the bed, couches, or pillows, but is accident-free when I'm home * Barks at other dogs, people, and noises * Strong dislike of grooming - becomes aggressive during haircuts Rehoming History: I rehomed Pluto once to someone who kept him for about 9 months but ultimately returned him, saying she could not manage his behavior. I took him back, but over time his behavior has worsened. It has become too much for me financially, emotionally, and in terms of time commitment. I truly cannot continue caring for him, and I need to find a safe, permanent home that can meet his needs. I have his vet history and can provide more details, photos, and any supplies to help with his transition. I want to ensure he is placed somewhere safe and with someone experienced who can provide the structure he needs.
