Nathan came into rescue as an owner surrender with behavioral issues. Since fostering Nathan he did show aggression with crate training, he was never crated before. As of 8/4 Nathan is going to the crate for peanut butter with no aggression. He prefers people on his own terms & will require experienced dog owners, who understand his stubbornness & respect his boundaries. Do not be fooled by this fur ball of cuteness! There is no flying insect safe near him, until they are exterminated. He enjoys walks & does well on leash. He is not super 'barky' mostly with delivery trucks. Older respectful children would be best, since Nathan is fast on his feet around open doors. He is housebroken and not destructive when left alone. He knows 'sit' and 'down' commands. He enjoys people and loves relaxing in rooms where they are. Nathan tolerates grooming with treats and lots of praise. Nathan is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative. HE is being fostered in Pittsburgh, PA and is available for an adoption fee of $400.00.
