About Max

Max was rescued off the streets of Houston after his owner passed away. He took refuge on a neighbor's porch, but he was unwelcome there due to landlord restrictions and was going to be sent to BARC. I committed to fostering Max and transport was arranged. He has been the perfect houseguest in my home. He gets along with my two male dogs after a long introduction. He can be a little high energy and excited at first around new people and dogs, but he's a very sweet boy and the perfect house hippo. He loves car rides and is well behaved on a leash. Max is very inquisitive and very attentive to his person.
