About Mountain

Mountain is a very loving and gentle dog and has lots of energy. He is great with kids, likes to play outside, is crate trained, and potty trained. My kids were 3 and 6 years old when we adopted him, and he has been wonderful with them. He does get very anxious when he sees other dogs, so it's difficult for me to take him on walks or do other social activities. He has a deep bark and is a big guy, but he's really just excited and doesn't know how to control himself. I've tried to work with him, but I just don't have the time that he needs. He is not aggressive at all and has lived with another dog earlier this year. It took a little time, but he was able to warm up to the new dog. My life situation has changed drastically over the past year and we are no longer able to provide Mountain with the time and space that he needs to thrive. I started a new job that requires more of my time and we also recently moved from our house into a small apartment. Mountain spends much of his time alone in the apartment while I am working, and I know he deserves a family that can devote more attention to him. This has been a very difficult decision, but I know it is best for us. We would be grateful to find him a loving home.
