This animal has been at the shelter since 08/03/2025 and on this list since 08/09/2025. Urgent Listing Reason: Squirrel has been at the shelter for six days without any adoption or rescue interest. Squirrel is beginning to display behavioral concerns, including growling and tracking movements while challenging approaching visitors. He appears to be tolerant of other dogs. We are unable to provide Squirrel with the resources he needs, and his continued stay in the shelter environment is becoming inhumane. To prevent further deterioration of his behavior, it is crucial that Squirrel be adopted or rescued as soon as possible.
