About Prudence

If you're looking for a sweet and rambunctious companion, I hope you'll give Prudence a chance! Prudence was adopted from the Forysth County Animal Shelter in June 2023 when she was about a year old. We were never given any details of where she came from unfortunately. She is energetic, loves to play and is extremely food motivated and has big potential in nose work. She also knows commands like: sit, stay, wait, touch, lay down, place, spin, and roll over. Gets along with other cats and dogs when properly introduced. EMBARK DNA tested. Please note: Prudence is a frustrated greeter and has anxiety. She resource guards from other animals and can be selective in the people she likes. She does not have bite history. She is a project dog and will require a lot of gentleness and patience and needs an experienced owner/trainer willing to work with her daily through her good days and bad days, hence the high adoption fee.
