About Maggie

We rescued Maggie from a young man who didn't have the means to feed her. He also abused Maggie for various reasons. She would be tied outside without shade or food and water for hours. We knew she would not survive with him and politely told him we were taking her home with us. He said ok and that was that. She was skin and bones when we brought her home about 4 weeks ago. She is doing much better. She's eating well and has gained some weight. She has only had the parvo shot that came from tractor supply. She has not been around any children but she does well with the adults she's had contact with. I already have 2 other dogs. One being Maggie's brother, the other is a female pitt bull terrier and she has started getting aggressive toward Maggie. It is becoming urgent that I find Maggie a home. I don't want anything bad to happen to either of them. If you have any questions or would like meet Maggie send me a text first so I know to answer your number. I get so many spam calls that I don't answer numbers I don't recognize.Update: I am not able to foster Maggie any longer. The tension between her and my older female is becoming too much for my family. If I can't find a home for her I will have no choice but to take her to the local shelter. We are gonna to try to hold out the rest of the week. Today is 9/3/25. I do not want to have to do this.
