About Malachi

Malachi is a 2 1/2 year old pure Shih Tzu in his retired from a breeding program mainly due to his size, he is a little bigger for a Shih Tzu coming in at almost 17 pounds. He does have a rather independent personality and with some persistence we should be able to work with that And get him a little bit more used to people. He's not completely elusive, but he certainly would rather be with his dog buddies than people at the moment. He is going to require some patience in time with the right family who's willing to dedicate their time to making him a wonderful dog. He is a Shih Tzu so he will require regular combing as well as grooming. He is not house trained and will need all training. He is currently on his shots and rabies and is on pro heart, he is also micro chipped.
