Has papers, he barks to protect my mom when I visit but seems to be a teddy bear that just needs love and care when I visit! I live in another state so don't know him too well, but I took him to get his rabies shot last time and he was sweet with the staff and was super curious! My mom has become disabled and can't give him the care he needs. I would take him but I travel way too much and it would not be fair to him.
