Found tied up in the snow and brought to Queens ACC, he's already come so far with us-but now he needs his person to truly thrive. At not quite 2 years old, Charlie is full of energy, love, and potential. All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, de-wormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heart-worm tested, and treated if necessary. Vet references and a home/family visit are required, and an adoption fee applies. Transport options are available within our area of operation, including Pennsylvania, the tri-state area, and New England. Please note we do not adopt animals into Canada.
