She was owner surrendered due to her family moving. She doesn't know why she was left at a shelter, and seems to keep an eye out for her family. Yet still Lulu is gentle, loving and eager to please. An 8 year old dog shouldn't be left in a shelter. She should be in a loving home through her senior years. Lulu is available for adoption with a health waiver, due to some follow up health related issues.
