About NIGEL

You'd be wise to navigate to the East Valley Animal Shelter, Van Nuys, CA, to meet/adopt/rescue 3-year-old NIGEL (#A2072610), because he is a gem, a really big gem. NIGEL was found on the street, and a microchip was found when he was scanned, and he was on a longer hold at the shelter so the POS (Possible Owner) might be reached. A couple of people have said that it's good that the POS hasn't shown up, because the person didn't do right by NIGEL. I've gotten to know NIGEL and, hopefully, someone will adopt/rescue/foster him and do right by him forevermore. Despite his 126 pounds (he should probably lose several), he is easy to manage. He let me bathe him, and a couple pounds of dust might have washed off. He's been in a few playgroups and notes describe him as a 'gentle giant,' albeit 'anxious,' 'couch potato, chilled.'
