Urgent�'�%BC��%8F help is needed for a beautiful blue heeler who has been abused. A foster is desperately needed. Fanta is Appx 2-3 yrs and is located in FL. Very sweet. Walks well on leash. *Super smart. Knows sit and paw. Shows potential for obedience/competitions. Tested great with a playful female, is stiff through the kennel with males* Appears kennel trained. Appears to have had an imbedded collar at one point. Also has patchy hair loss from being possibly burnt or some type of abuse. They are throughout that look almost like burns/scars. Through the scars Fanta shines so beautiful. Sadly, his body bares physical scars, his neck a deep wound from an embedded collar, his head gashed from getting hit by an object. bearing numerous scars that told a silent tale of his suffering.
