About Howl (Howie)

Our family were trapped in Asheville, NC during Hurricane Helene and have since moved to Spartanburg, SC. Our friends were also displaced, so we took in their dogs until they could get back on their feet. They have recently let us know that they cannot care for the dogs anymore and our family cannot sustain keeping their pets. Between full time jobs and a child going off to college soon, we simply don't have the time to give them the love and attention they need. This is Howl, but we call him Howie most of the time. He's the brother of Migaloo (whom I also have posted). He is quite curious and loves to sit back and watch the world around him. He is very good boy who loves to run and play but equally loves to just loaf around. He, like his sister, is strong but gentle and loving. He's a little over two years old (born Spring of 2023). His parents were both intelligent and playful. Her mother is an American Terrier and father a mix of American Terrier, Japanese Terrier, and Boxer (I believe). They were both rescues and trained to be service animals.
