About Richard

Richard is a formal feral cat that we were able to socialize, and he is finally ready for adoption. The first thing you'll notice about Richard is that he is missing an eye. When we originally trapped him, his eye had already deflated and what was left needed to be removed. He doesn't let that stop him though. Richard likes to chase feather wand toys and absolutely loves to play with other cats, especially his best friend Thanos. Richard is a laid-back cat who enjoys a calm life of just hanging out with his owner and other cats. He will get spurts of energy throughout the day, but for the most part, he is super easy going. He does get very excited for mealtime or any treats you give him. Richard would do best in a home without any dogs. He does well with children over the age of 12 years old. Richard is a bonded pair with our other foster cat, Thanos, so the two of them would need to be adopted together. He is neutered, microchipped, snap tested, dewormed, vaccinated and his blood work is normal.
