About Ned

Ned is a very smart boy and a love bug. He loves kids, other dogs, and cats. He does get a little nervous at first meeting but just needs a short while to familiarize himself, which is perfectly fair. When not playing or going for walks or some other activity then he likes snuggling up on the couch or bed. Ned listens well and knows several cues. However, most of them are in German and some in sign language. Don't worry, though, he still knows English. And his previous owner has also given us a cheat sheet. For his new adopter we have a video of him with his previous owner giving cues in German and there you can see how well behaved, smart, and willing he is. He rides well in a car and is crate, potty, and leash trained. Does fine with being bathed and nails trimmed. Ned was adopted a few months ago and is being returned due to his adopter having to move unexpectedly to a place without a yard while also having her work hours increased so that she is barely home; she doesn't feel like that's fair to Ned. Ned is UTD on vaccines, dewormed, chipped, and neutered. Ned is probably a male German shepherd mix. He is 8-9 months old.
