Charlie was a stray that showed up to my parents' farm during covid. No one claimed him and shelters were full so he stayed while they tried to rehome him. Unfortunately he is not meant for farm life and attacks/kills livestock (sheep/pigs/chickens). Due to this the shelter will no longer take him because he is now considered 'dangerous'. He arrived with another intact male dog and has done well with my parents dogs. He is the submissive one in the group. He is very patient with kids of all ages. He is currently an outside dog because he was peeing in the house. He seems to be crate trained and is leash trained. Unsure of age, vet guessed he is currently 8-9 years old. He has entropion in both eyes and is still intact. Due to my parents' health they have not been able to afford to get his surgeries. I will be taking over as foster but I'm in college with my own geriatric dog that has liver disease so my finances are also limited. I am setting up a funding account to help pay for his surgeries through Waggle. Adoption fee will be to cover vet exams, vaccines, and any kennel/crate that will go with him.
