Meet Ms. Bunny, the orange polydactyly cat that you never knew that you needed! She came to us at the beginning of the year, but we have decided to find a new home for her without a grouchy old lady (aka 10-year-old cat) in the home. They just don't get along when their paths cross. She plays beautifully with our other cats. Ms. Bunny absolutely loves boxes, blankets and shadows! Periodically she will surprise you curling up in your lap, otherwise she prefers her space or laying around with the boys. She is standoffish with the dogs but tolerates them around. Our dogs have been raised from puppies around our cats and leave them alone. Fun story, Ms. Bunny got her name from the way her paws are colored white, she resembles a rabbit. When we first got her, we assumed she was a male and was named Thumper and we assumed he would be spraying fairly quickly. Thumper was scheduled for a neuter on April 1, 2025, and we received a call from the vet off that they could not complete the neuter because he was a she and she needed a spay (and a new name). Adoption fee is for Spay/Rabies Reimbursement. She will need flea meds/vaccinations. We have a dog that goes in and out and has brought in fleas, despite her having been an indoor cat only. We have not given her anything due to the last time we used flea meds it induced seizures in our cat, which led to a premature death. We are located outside Tyler, Texas and am willing to drive up to an hour for the right home.
