About Moose

Moose is a three year old Shar-Pei mix pulled from the shelter seeking a moderate to high activity level household. He is short and stocky and weighs in at 45-50 lbs. Neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped. Secure yard, no roaming, indoor only. House and kennel trained, sleeps through the night. Knows basic commands such as sit, down, shake. Very playful, friendly and active. Would be a good running buddy. Does NOT like LOUD motors. Slightly nervous with water. In foster home with other dogs and cats. Ideally would do best in a home with older children if present, he is active and might knock down younger children. Primitive breed or experienced dog owner preferred but not mandatory.
