About Baloo

Meet Baloo! He is a wired haired Griffon, five years old. He's an awesome dog and unfortunately, his previous owners got divorced and he wound up living in a New York City apartment, which was definitely not his best life! He is very sweet, pretty chill, but loves to be active and play with the ball and he loves his humans! He would be the perfect family dog for somebody with kids who wants to play with him, and take him for walks, throw the ball, go for hikes. He is house and crate trained, and would be a good office dog as well. He sheds minimally. He is on the taller/longer side, but he's very lean so I wouldn't describe him as a really big dog, But he's definitely not small either. Importantly, I want to make sure wherever he winds up is a good fit so there's absolutely no pressure. If you have him for a few weeks (or days, or months) and decide that it doesn't work, then we are happy to take him back at any time.
