About Boone

My name is Boone! I am what you would call a 'cowboy corgi.' Yep - that's actually a thing! I am a heeler/corgi mix, 3.5 months old and about 16 lbs. If you saw my sister Peaches, it's pretty obvious we are related. I am, as you would expect from this breed mix, full of personality. I get along with cats, dogs and kids. He does practice heeling so we think kiddos 10+ are very appropriate for this little nugget. I do it out of love, but puppy teeth sometimes have little boundaries! I walk well on a leash and skip right along. I sleep through the night and I am crate-trained. I would love an active family that will take me out and about. A fenced in yard would be ideal so I can do some zooming and exploring off leash. I am a really smart dog, I pick up on things quickly. I love my trusted people, I love laps, I love to sit on the porch, I love toys, blankets and couches! Full grown, I expect myself to be 30 to 35 lbs.
