Rabbit was abandoned to us and the owner never came back for her. She was mistreated so she was checked and put on a special diet of Timothy Hay, rabbit pellets for treat to get up her weight, fresh greens like clovers and dandelions as a treat to help with digestion. She does like getting up to 3 of those berries flavor rabbit drops as a reward after cleaning of her pen and 1 rabbit cookie that she goes crazy for as a reward at night so she doesn't get to noisy. She loves attention so a cookie at the end will calm her down near the end of petting, brushing, and playing with her. She loves children like calm acting little girls. She loves going outside to play and eating dandelions and clovers. She is great with gentle people and children. She will get along with well behaved cats that don't scratch. She needs a lot of Timothy Hay as she will eat a lot as it is needed for her digestion. She also needs plenty of clean fresh water as she will go through her water bottle pretty fast by the next morning. She also loves to explore and hide if you let her run around in a room, the house (you need to watch her as she will chew on things like wires, cloth, and other things), she likes the shade when outside like hiding in bushes as she doesn't like the heat from the sun, so have those rabbit tunnels and igloos so she can lay in, and probably the best time to take her outside to play in the grass is in the evenings when there's more shade and less hot outside. She will come and sit in your lap if you let her come to you. Please don't force her as she will bite you if you pick her up wrong or aggressive. She can also because territorial with her pen or enclosure that you have her stay most of her time in. She is litter trained but you still need to keep her pen clean as she will start to tear up the paper or bedding that you put in there as she likes to keep everything clean as she urinates a good amount since she has to drink a lot of water with her hay. Just put the litter tray in the corner use the on the upper right corner of her habitat or if you are using the bedding / shredded paper. He also loves to have her head stroked by the back of your hand and her ears gently rubbed as she will start to fall asleep. Again she needs a lot of love and attention so if you are one of those people that are not going to show her attention or play with her then you do not need to answer this ad.
