Wefound this old guy wandering around our neighborhood. We went door to door looking for somewhat recognized him but no one did so we don't know his story. We do no that he has only 1 working eye and definitely has short man syndrome. His personality is so funny. Don't let that fool ya tho.. he loves nothing more the laying in your lap getting belly scratches and sleeping under your covers in your bed. He just needs a quiet place to retire and it will free another spot for another dog
