Papers NOT INCLUDED in the fee. Puppy is currently in training as an ESA canine, but can go out as a family pet. Born 5/5/25. Pretty good with house training, great in public, and with all people of all ages. The new family must provide references, ages of household members; if renting, a letter from the landlord saying that you are allowed a dog and proof that your house insurance covers this breed. PREFERENCE will be given to home owners with a fenced yard.
