About Velveteeno

You are encouraged to call the shelter for updated information and availability, and to answer your specific questions. Meet Velveteeno Velveteeno is a gentle boy who is about 7 months old. His coat is ultra short, and feels like velvet! He is currently about 39 pounds, and will grow some more. He is a little unsure of this new place and is a little shy, but very affectionate. He loves treats, bellyrubs and to play! He doesn't quite know how to walk on leash yet, but is trying to get the hang of it. His treat and love motivation should make it super easy given some consistency. We don't know if he is housebroken as he was previously an outside dog. He has lived with other dogs, and has met dogs here fine. He can be a little intimidated with new big dogs at first, but does well. He has also previously lived with children. We think with the proper guidance, he would continue to do well them. He is fixed, vaccinated, microchipped and up to date on parasite preventatives. He is $175 to bring home!
