About Waffles

Who doesn't love Waffles?! That's what I'd like to know. This beautiful, Merle girl with the party-colored eyes is Waffles. She's an approx 4 year old, 26 lbs, French Bulldog that found herself at a local CO shelter in need of some medical care and a forever home. Waffles had an aural hematoma - which is a large fluid filled area of the ear flap. She had surgery to correct this (it's quite complex) and now she's left with a cauliflower type ear. She likely developed the hematoma due to untreated allergies and ear infections that caused her to shake her head a lot. We've addressed both of those issues for her and it should be smooth sailing for her now! Waffles is doing amazing in her foster home. She's crate trained, walks well on a leash, seems house trained and LOVES kiddos. She's quiet, low-energy, and is good with most dogs. Waffles is sweet like maple syrup, affectionate, and loves to snuggle. If you can sleep through some snoring she's a great nap time buddy.
