We suspect a resident moved and released him outside. No current residents claimed him. Anson is a FABULOUS rabbit! He is extremely relaxed and doesn't run away from you when you approach. He is super easy to pick up. He will sit still for extended periods of time for lap.loving. Anson is not very active; he's more of a couch potato. He is not destructive and he has excellent litter box habits. He's just the sweetest, most mellow bun who doesn't seem to be bothered by much at all. He's such an easy-going lad. He weighs right about four pounds. Anson should start out living in an exercise pen (x-pen) otherwise known as a puppy pen. He can have that as his home base or transition to a room or a section of a room or free roaming. A cage/hutch is NOT recommended unless the door is open and an x-pen can be placed around it. If you have not purchased supplies yet, do NOT buy a hutch. All you really need is an exercise pen or two Please be over 21 if inquiring about a rabbit. Anson can be seen by appointment in Lake Elsinore after a questionnaire is completed or a phone consultation conducted. On adoption day, plan to spend approximately one hour at the rescue going over paperwork and general rabbit care information.�%A0 PLEASE consult with the rescue before you purchase rabbit supplies so you can be directed to the least expensive and most appropriate rabbit essentials, especially if you've never had the pleasure of owning a rabbit!
