Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Grand Junction, CO *This dog doesn't belong to ASF and hasn't been evaluated by ASF.* Meet Rosie! She is an 3 year old Australian Shepherd and weighs 65 lbs. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on shots, but isn't on heartworm prevention. Rosie is fearful of strangers! She is good with kids and cats! No dogs, due to her reactivity! She is housebroken and crate-trained. Rosie bit a neighbor's child who walked into their house unexpectedly. She also bit a woman who tried to break up a fight between her dog and Rosie. The owner is surrendering her because she is aggressive towards their smaller pets and strangers. If you think you can provide a great home for Rosie, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Rosie.
