Daisy was rescued after being found scavenging for food in a trash heap near Fresno, CA when she was roughly 5 months old. After no owner was found, the rescuer fostered her for 7 months where Daisy settled in, bonding with the family including two small children, two cats and their resident dog. Daisy is very sensitive, loves water, human affection and is great with other dogs and animals. She's very attentive to her human companions and would do well in a family with children and other animals. Again, she is not a ranch dog and though she does need open space, she will do best with folks who will allow her to be an inside dog and close to her human companions. Daisy is kennel trained at night and is quiet throughout the night. She is house trained and barks to let folks know she needs out, although most of the time she has had access to a doggy door and freely went out to potty. Daisy is now in foster in Whitehall, MT. Please contact TRACS to arrange a visit to meet the wonderful, sweet, loving Daisy. Adoption fee is $200 - and if interested, please fill out an adoption application and we will share with the foster in Whitehall, MT to set up a meet and greet.
