About Nala Mae

Hi, I'm Nala Mae. Life hasn't always been easy for me-I was abandoned in a house with my German Shepherd buddy when our owner moved away. Luckily, some kind people rescued us, and now I'm ready to find a forever home where I'll never be left behind again. Here's what you need to know about me: I'm a cuddle queen! Belly rubs, ear scratches-you name it, I love it. I'll even whine a little to make sure you don't forget about me. I'm housebroken & crate trained. I sleep soundly in my crate and feel safe there. I'm dog-friendly and previously lived with another dog. I'm kid-friendly too! My old home had children ages 4-17, and I did great with them. Commands? I've got a few! I know Sit, Paw, and Come. I'm a foodie. Treats, snacks, cookies-I'll happily taste-test them all! Some things about me: - I love air conditioning (the heat? Not so much). - I don't dig holes in the yard. - Thunderstorms make me nervous, so I'll need extra comfort during storms. - I'm not a picky eater and love all kinds of snacks. - I might hop up to sniff the counter if something smells yummy-what can I say, I'm curious! - When the mood strikes, I'll start a howl party with my foster pack (and it's adorable). What I'm working on: I still need some leash training, but I promise to try my best for you.
