Owner's health does not allow for them to continue to care for him. Vet Info: Charlie is not neutered and does not have a microchip. He has not had any veterinary care since owner has found him about a year ago. Owner believes that Charlie may see some shadows, he stares up at the ceiling a lot. Owner describes his visual impairment as a 'little film over his eyes'. Dog Info: Charlie was found as a stray and current owner was not able to find his original owner. He is an indoor dog with run of the house. He is housebroken but not leash-trained. He likes to circle and will stop when the owner tells him to. He also knows Bad Boy, Come in House and Put, and also No. He is an outgoing little guy that is good with men, women and children of all ages. He is good with male and female dogs. He will bark at cats but then will play with them, if they allow him to. Marcus is not possessive with treats, toys or food and has never shown any aggression to any person or animal.
