Otto is a very friendly dog with people. He was abandoned at our main rescue kennels by a local business that found him and said they would come back for him. They never did. He is a loving a gently boy, but would do best as your only dog. The chaos of all the barking dogs make this sensitive boy concerned. He has been introduced to other dogs and did fine. He really needs a home.
