Name: Bluey Age: ~11 months Location: Binghamton, NY Bluey is a young dog who has been growing up in rescue and blossoming in foster care. She was rescued from our partner in Alabama and has been thriving in her Binghamton home ever since. Bluey is affectionate, playful, and wonderfully goofy. A vet reference, home and/or family visit, and an adoption fee are required. Transport options are available within our operating region, including Pennsylvania, the tri-state area, and New England.
