This poor senior gal came to us with no name so we're calling her Princess Pixie. She's a 13yr old Pomeranian weighing about 10lbs. Pixie was found by a good Samaritan roaming the streets on the hottest night of the year! He posted her on FB and someone recognized her. Turns out her person died, and the family doesn't want to take her in Pixie was given a good meal and a badly needed bath. She has been calm and very friendly with our good Sam's dogs. She is house-broken, spayed and UTD as far as we can ascertain. While Pixie is admittedly not a spring chicken, she appears to be in good health. Poms are known as excellent family pets and make fantastic companions for any home. Despite its small size, this breed has lots of energy, is bold and spunky and enjoys being the center of attention.
