About Coco

Adoption fee: $350 5 year old Coco has heart and style! She is a Pug/chihuahua mix who initially might be shy and fearful, but once you earn her trust , she blossoms into a loyal, velcro love-bug. She is a large personality in a petite body. She loves to play with her toys and sometimes with her human. She does not do well with children, but has been reported to be fine with cats. She shows good judgement about her dog companions, prefering easy going larger dogs. Her requirements for happiness are simple- regular meals of urinary tract food (so she never again gets bladder stones), a tad of exercise, car rides, plush small toys, comfortable chairs and beds(preferably yours) at night, although she will sleep in a crate if needed. She, also, needs a human to worship. She does have some impaired vision - but it is almost unnoticeable and easy to forget. She navigates so very well that it feels like a non-issue. One of her fosters has steep old stairs and landscape walls all over the place and Coco figured them out in no time (including a cattle guard on a neighboring farm that has befuddled fully sighted dogs).
