About Alma

If you've ever wanted a majestic cloud with legs who moonlights as a stand-up comedian, ALMA is your girl! Meet Alma! This 1-1/2-year-old Great Pyrenees is looking for a forever home with room to roam, someone who appreciates a strong independent lady with a soft side, and preferably a peanut butter jar with her name on it. She is as gentle as she is big and is ready to shower you in both kisses and drool. Alma arrived at WCAS as a stray, so we do not have any history on what her background was. She may do well in a home with other animals as long as proper, slow introductions are performed. Alma would be an amazing dog for a family with kids! Alma is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, and given a flea and tick preventative as well as a heartworm preventive. Come meet Alma - just be prepared to fall head over heels for a giant, goofy girl who thinks she's the main character (because she absolutely is).
