Gus came into rescue when he was abandoned by his previous owners. He was left tied to the porch when they moved! A neighbor had been giving him food and water until they reached out for rescue help. He also had a skin infection, which has been treated and is now healing. Gus has one brown eye and one blue eye which certainly adds to his charm! We don't know a lot about him since he was abandoned, but he's very grateful to have been saved! He's got great house manners and is house trained. He gets along great with the other dogs in his foster home. We don't know how he is with cats. He walks well on a leash. Gus has shown some aggressive behavior when strangers enter his space. He will bark and growl. He never does this with his foster mom. We wonder if it's because he's afraid of being taken back to the people that abandoned him? A meet & greet will be a requirement for anyone interested in adopting Gus. Gus is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative. He is being fostered in Chagrin Falls, OH and is available for an adoption fee of $400.00.
