Teriyaki came from a packed Texas shelter, quiet and unsure of the world around him. But just a short time in foster care has revealed a different side of this deep-hearted boy-one that's affectionate, loyal, and slowly learning that he's safe. He's a true lovebug, accepting affection from everyone he meets. He's especially bonded with his foster dad-he's even claimed a spot on his side of the bed. Once Teriyaki gives his heart, it's yours. Leash training is still in progress-he's strong as an ox and has a definite prey drive (deer are very exciting). But he's improving, step by step.
