About Tac

Hi! I'm Tac! My foster Mom & Dad call me Red, so that's what I answer to. I'm a Vizsla weighing in at 53 pounds and I turned 2 in December. I've been a resident with Love Mutts ever since I was 3 months old. I've had a long road to recovery, from emotional abuse. I'm learning to trust people. I love every dog I meet & enjoy running, chasing, & playing in my fenced in yard. I was so hurt before Love Mutts came to my rescue. My foster Mom & Dad understand my limitations & don't push me too far. I like it when they feed me bananas, strawberries & watermelon. I'll even let them pet me since they do it on my terms. My prey drive is pretty strong, so I would not be good with cats. I don't warm up easily since I don't trust easily. I'm also terrified of walking on a leash & riding in a car. I am house & crate trained & enjoy watching tv. I love to cuddle up with my blankets in my crate. The only time I bark is if I think my foster brothers are leaving me in the house. I love them & want to be with them all the time. If you have time, love & patience, I know I will eventually be the most loyal & faithful friend.
